The read speeds the MX-GX 16GB USB 3.0 flash drive from Mach Xtreme are amazing, being able to reach near 130MB/s in the HD Tune transfer tests; however, the copy speeds are near some of the high performance USB 2.0 drives on the market.
Mach Extreme's GX-MX drive offers a great boost in read performance at 4x the speed of a comparable USB 2.0 device. Write's to the drive also more than double on this USB 3.0 model which offers good design and build quality for a low price.
The new USB 3.0 pen -GX MX 16GB device is a very interesting and one of the fastest read, reaching the 140 MB / s read and then respectable performance.
Another good point, once the driver is installed, the reading performance take off and USB 3.0 takes a little more sense. Good point, and last but not least: its price! The price of € 38.99 at our partner materiel.net is excellent vis-à-vis the competition. What is needed therefore to remember is that good value price / performance is here!
