Sometimes a Christmas gift does not hit the mark, or a product is defective. At Caseking, this is not a problem and German customers have long appreciated our free parcel stamps when it comes to 14-day withdrawals of at least 40 Euros total value and recognised RMA claims. Those free parcel labels are now available for 27 countries all over Europe!<\/p>\n

Each parcel stamp is sent by e-mail within 24 hours (business days only).<\/p>\n

Free Returns at Caseking:<\/h3>\n

\"Returns In case of a revocation \/ withdrawal<\/strong> of one or more items with a (total) value of at least 40 Euros or in case of a justified claim<\/strong> due to a material defect, all customers residing in one of the countries named below will automatically receive a DHL postage stamp within one business day, upon submission of the withdrawal or claims form, that entitles you to free return shipping to us. Returns from all other countries and all withdrawals with a (total) value amounting to less than 40 Euros receive no<\/strong> free shipping stamp and customers must bear the shipping costs themselves in those cases. However, in case of a valid RMA claim we can still reimburse your shipping costs after having processed such a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept packages sent freight collect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
