Alpenföhn has impressed customers for years with their range of first-class Wing Boost fans. The family has grown once again with a third generation of fans. The Wing Boost 3 RGB combines the advantages of its sought after predecessors with a circular ring of addressable RGB-LED lighting in the frame. The "Wing Boost" name comes from the small raised edges on the intake side which help reduce air turbulence. The fan therefore operates with lower noise levels than previous designs allowed.

Wing Boost 3 RGB: Powerful 120 mm Fan

The Wing Boost 3 RGB is a PWM-controlled, 120 mm fan that is equally suite dfor use on cases, CPU coolers or radiators. The fans work at a speed of between 700 and 1.600 RPM, meaning that 92,6 m³/h with a static pressure of 2,19 mmH2O is achieved.

The bearings, which enable noise to be reduced to a minimum, are combined with rubber absorbers in the fan frame to make the fan even quieter, including at low RPM. Under full load, the Wing Boost 3 RGB impresses once again by producing just 23,5 dB.

Addressable RGB-LED Lighting in the Frame

The Alpenföhn Wing Boost 3 RGB is equipped with RGB-LED lighting. The manufacturer includes a 16,8 m colour glowing ring which is integrated in the frame, which produces a vibrant glowing ring of RGB around the circumference. This is controlled via the 3-pin RGB connector on the motherboard or a compatible controller. The Wing Boost 3 RGB is compatible with ASUS Aura, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome RGB and MSI Mystic Light lighting.
