The
Wing Boost 3 RGB combines the advantages of its famous predecessors with a circular, addressable RGB-LED lighting embedded in its frame. The "Wing Boost" name comes from the small raised spots on the intake side of the impellers that help reduce air turbulence. The fan works especially effectively and quietly at higher RPM, something that was not always possible with earlier designs. The triple set offered here consists of three fans with an RF receiver, splitter cables and a remote control for controlling and synchronising the three included fans.

Wing Boost 3 RGB: Powerful 140 mm Fan
The
Wing Boost 3 RGB is a
PWM-controlled,
140 mm fan that is equally suited for use in cases, on CPUs, or on radiators. The fans operate between
400 and 1.050 RPM, producing an airflow of
100,6 m³/h as well as a static pressure of
2,19 mmH2O.
The
hydraulic bearings reduce noise to a minimum and the
rubber decouplers in the fan frame also help to guarantee whisper-quiet operation - especially at low RPM. Under full load, the
Wing Boost 3 RGB produces at most
19 dB.
Addressable RGB-LED Lighting in the Frame
The
Alpenföhn Wing Boost 3 RGB is equipped with digitally addressable RGB-LED lighting. The manufacturer has included a
glowing ring with up to 16,8m colours, and this throws a subtle light onto the fan wheel which can then be controlled via a 3-pin RGB connector with the motherboard or a compatible controller. The
Wing Boost 3 RGB is compatible with
ASUS Aura, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome RGB and MSI Mystic Light.
In addition to
three fans from the
Alpenföhn Wing Boost 3 RGB series, this set includes
all the necessary accessories for synchronising the PWM signal and the RGB-LED lighting. The lighting can be controlled via bundled remote control.
