The Aurora cooler considered in general

The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora water cooler, specifically designed for the enormous heat output of the RX7800XT, comes with several optimisations over its predecessor model. With improved fin structure and nozzle plate, you can rely on reliable cooling for your GPU.

Technical highlights

The Eisblock Aurora features a fin thickness of 0.4 mm and a distance of 0.4 mm between the cooling fins. This simultaneously increases the possible cooling surface area and improves water flow.

The nozzle plate has a newly designed insert that allows for better distribution of water pressure on the fins and optimised heat absorption. This is complemented by the custom water inlet, which aids the water in achieving a better flow angle.

Chromed copper

The cooler is made entirely of chromed copper. With a higher hardness than nickel plating, it is therefore more resistant to acids, scratches, and damage. The chrome finish also appears more uniform and gives the cooler an aesthetic shine.

Aurora design

With an Aurora design, the cooler features a visually calm and simple design. It is surrounded only by an O-ring. The jet plate and cooling fins contribute to a clearer appearance.

Ultimately, this is rounded off with the chrome finish, which provides a beautiful shine and improves the distribution of lighting from the digitally addressable RGB LEDs in the cooler.
