AOC C24G2AE: Monitor for Fast and Smooth Gameplay
The AOC C24G2AE offers a 23.6-inch (68.45 cm) display with a native resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (Full HD) at a high refresh rate of 165 Hertz. The VA panel provides excellent viewing angles of 178 degrees both horizontally and vertically, and with AMD FreeSync Premium, the AOC C24G2AE features adaptive synchronisation technology that can be used with compatible AMD graphics cards.
This prevents tearing effects by synchronising the monitor's refresh rate with the FPS calculated by the graphics card. Together with the fast response time of one millisecond MPRT, rapid mouse movements are displayed sharply and without blurring effects.
Design and Connectivity
The casing of the gaming monitor is black with red accents. With its thin display bezels, the AOC C24G2AE looks modern and is suitable for multi-monitor setups. The VESA mounting holes spaced 100 x 100 millimetres allow for mounting on alternative monitor brackets.
On the I/O panel of the AOC C24G2AE, the user will find a DisplayPort connection, a VGA port, and two HDMI ports. Additionally, there are two 3.5-millimetre audio jacks and two speakers with 2 watts of power each.
