Note: Please understand that we are unable to provide too time-consuming product advice (e.g. on system builds or water cooling) by phone at the moment. Please use our support forums at Computerbase, PC Games Hardware or HardwareLuxx. Consultation appointments will only become available again later in 2021.

We would like to ask all customers to refrain from submitting enquiries about delivery dates of products that are currently not in stock. This explicitly also concerns the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 and AMD Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards as well as AMD Ryzen 5000 processors! As soon as we have any delivery dates, these will be displayed on the respective product page. For products with the delivery status "unknown" or "ordered" an estimation really cannot be given at the moment. Thanks!
