Product information - EK-Supremacy EVO - NickelThe EK-Supremacy EVO is the new arrival from the incredibly successful high-performance EK-Supremacy range. It inherits all the positive characteristics and design choices then combines them with a new EVO design. The cooler's exterior differs little from its predecessors however. The base is still high-purity, flat ground electrolytic copper, which is additionally nickel-plated and thus protects against oxidation. Since it is in direct contact with the CPU, it ensures perfect heat transfer.
In this version, the lid is made of transparent acrylic glass, which ensures a superb appearance and at the same time also opens up a wide range of modding options - including two locations for 3 mm LEDs. Looking into the interior, the top of the nickel-plated copper base becomes visible, where 49 small pins provide an enlarged surface to better dissipate heat to the water flowing between them. Thanks to the optimized design, higher flow rates mean that 2011 sockets achieve temperatures that are more than 2.2 degrees lower than those of previous radiators.
It is installed using the stable backplates, and Intel Sockets 115x, 2011(-V3) and 2066 are supported by default. Thanks to PreciseMount the installation is very straightforward. All screws and backplates necessary for installation on the motherboard are included. In addition, the well-known Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut is included as a thermal compound.
This product comes without the fittings needed for installation. These are available separately.
Note: For expanded socket compatibility (AMD 754, 939, 940, AM2(2), AM3(+), FM2(+) or Intel LGA-775 / 1366) have to be bought separately.
