Hardware Labs Black Ice Nemesis Radiator GTS 140 - black, 140 mm

The brand Hardware Labs is a pioneer from the very beginning and has already set a few benchmarks in the field of heat exchangers for water cooling. Now, the highly specialised company, which supplies industries including medical technology and military, aims to raise the bar once again - presenting the new Nemesis models of the "Black Ice" series.

The Black Ice Nemesis comes in two sub-variants: the particularly flat GT Stealth (GTS) with a height of just 29.6 mm for low-profile applications, and the extremely high-performance GT Xtreme (GTX) for particularly heat-intensive components. Both GT Stealth and GT Xtreme share a fin density of 16 FPI and the unique "Dark Matter" finish with its rough, black surface.

The radiators, manufactured strictly within RoHS guidelines, exhibit an improved flow rate compared to previous series, which can be attributed to up to 15% more "tubing area," making them sought-after performance champions. With their 16 FPI, Hardware Labs has optimised the Black Ice Nemesis specifically for very quiet fans with low RPM (even below 800 RPM). However, the heat exchangers also scale excellently with performance fans.

The design is intended for single-sided mounting, meaning that the offered single radiator Black Ice Nemesis GTS 140 can accommodate a 140 mm fan, with highly compatible M4 threads available for mounting. In addition, a total of two G1/4-inch inlet and outlet fittings are part of the good standard. The low-profile radiator features a copper core and brass pre-chambers.

Note: Hardware Labs itself states a heat dissipation capacity of up to 370 watts for this radiator and accordingly recommends it for cooling, for example, a single NVIDIA or AMD graphics card or an 8-core processor. The operation is designed to be with a single 140 mm fan mounted on one side.
