Behold, the Kolink Rocket Heavy has landed. Built to the same excellent standards as the Kolink Rocket, the Rocket Heavy packs in some serious hardware support, but remains just 15.8L in size. With space for a triple slot vertically mounted 340mm VGA card using the supplied mount and PCI-E riser cable, a 240mm radiator and SFX-L PSU's as standard, the Rocket Heavy is a small chassis with big features.

Kolink Rocket Heavy - Enthusiast elegance

The Rocket Heavy has been designed to offer a small form factor chassis that still allows for an impressive setup. Both the vented front and top panel are made from aluminium, with an attractive hexagonal cutout design on the front, and a more traditional vented design on the top panel, where a 240mm radiator/AIO can be installed. A 120mm PWM fan is also included on the top panel as standard.

Aside from the pre-installed fan, users are also free to install another 120mm fan on the roof, along with a 120mm fan next to the motherboard mounts (a slim 120mm fan is recommended here if using a long graphics card). There is tempered glass on both sides of the case, showcasing your setup from most angles with style.

The Kolink Rocket Heavy: Hardware focussed

The interior is black powder coated as standard, and features enough room for an impressive setup despite only being 15.8L in size. There's room for a 340mm graphics card, which is mounted vertically, and can up to triple slot in thickness. The supplied GPU mount and 150mm PCI-E 3.1 Riser Cable allows you to mount your card quickly and efficiently, whilst connecting to your Mini-ITX motherboard is a breeze. CPU Coolers up to 85mm are supported although this case really lends itself to using an AIO setup.

In terms of PSU support, the Rocket Heavy supports SFX and SFX-L form factor power supplies as standard. Additionally, the I/O panel located at the front possesses a USB 3.2 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports as well as a pair of USB 2.0 ports.

Mod-your-case - Kolink – Rocket Heavy Mini-ITX Gehäuse

Mit dem Rocket Heavy hat Kolink sein besonders kompaktes Rocket Mini-ITX-Gehäuse in einer etwas größeren Version neu aufgelegt. Wie wir es schon von der ersten Version des Rocket Mini-ITX Gehäuses kennen, konnte auch das etwas größere Rocket Heavy in unserem Test nicht nur durch eine gute Kompatibilität punkten, sondern vor allem durch die sehr gute Verarbeitungsqualität. In diesem Bereich punktet das Rocket Heavy vor allem durch die vielen Aluminiumelemente sowie den beiden Echtglaselementen. Dank deren Farbgebung und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit wird ein sehr ansprechendes Design erzielt, wie man es von nur sehr wenigen Gehäusen kennt. Trotz der kompakten Abmessungen kann das Rocket Heavy zudem überaus potente Komponenten aufnehmen, wodurch es als kompakte Basis für ein sehr schnelles Gaming System dienen kann.
