LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B: Gaming monitor with high refresh rate
With the LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B, LG offers a high-performance monitor for gamers. The 27-inch display has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels (WQHD) and provides a very fast refresh rate of 240 Hz. Thanks to AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility, the refresh rate of the gaming monitor is adaptively adjusted to the FPS of a compatible AMD Radeon or NVIDIA graphics card.
The high refresh rate combined with the low response time of just 1 ms grey-to-grey makes this monitor an ideal choice for gamers looking to maximise their performance in first-person shooters or other action games.
Colour representation, ergonomics, and connectivity
The IPS panel ensures accurate colours with a viewing angle of up to 178°, whether horizontal or vertical. The monitor also achieves an average brightness of 400 cd/m², is VESA HDR 400 certified, and can display 16.7 million colours in 8-bit.
The monitor is characterised by excellent ergonomics. It can tilt +15°/-5°, be height-adjusted up to 11 cm, and offers a pivot function (±90°). Thanks to the VESA mount with a 100 x 100 mm spacing, it can also be easily mounted on monitor stands.
This is all rounded off by the monitor's extensive connectivity options. The LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B offers one DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports, USB upstream and downstream, as well as an audio port.
