Revolutionary ATX-3.1 Power Supply: The Lian Li EDGE EG1300 for Dual-Chamber Cases
The EDGE Power Supplies from Lian Li set new standards in power supply design, combining high performance with ease of use. The unique L-shaped design and the integrated USB hub make these power supplies ideal for cases with a dual-chamber design, like the iconic Lian Li O11 series. Specifically designed for such PC cases, the EDGE PSUs are perfect for vertical installation in the second chamber. The design directs the connectors outward, making cable management easier and ensuring a clean, tidy build.
Two-in-One: Integrated USB Hub for UNI-Fans, Strimer-Plus Cables, and RGB Controllers
The Lian Li EDGE power supplies integrate four 9-pin internal USB expansion ports directly into the power supply. This significantly simplifies the connection of additional USB devices such as UNI-Fans, Strimer-Plus cables, and RGB controllers. The hub allows the simultaneous operation of up to four devices. Connected accessories remain functional even when the PC is turned off - provided the power supply is on. Each port provides a rated current of 500 mA.
There are two ways to connect the USB hub: either via an internal USB header on the motherboard or alternatively with the included USB-A cable to the rear IO panel.
ATX 3.0 and 3.1 Compliant and Platinum Certified
The EDGE series fully complies with the ATX 3.0 / 3.1 standards, making it compatible with the latest components. Thanks to the 80 PLUS, Cybenetics, and PPLP Platinum certifications, the EDGE series offers excellent energy efficiency, reducing power consumption and heat generation while delivering reliable and stable performance.
Stable, Two-Coloured PCIe-5.1 Connector for Graphics Cards
Lian Li has developed its own 12V-2x6 connectors based on the PCIe-5.1 standard. These offer a safer and more efficient power supply compared to older 12VHPWR connectors.
The design features soldered connections for improved power stability and a gold alloy to prevent short circuits. The connectors also have a two-coloured housing to ensure the plug is securely seated. With an increased material thickness of 0.25 mm, they achieve lower contact resistance. The connectors maintain a contact resistance of under 1.5 mΩ after 50 mating cycles. Compared to common connectors, which range between 2 and 3 mΩ, this is a significant improvement. This noticeably enhances the performance and long-term reliability of the connectors.
Industrial-Grade Capacitors
The Lian Li EDGE power supplies use high-quality EPCOS capacitors from Germany. These are compact and particularly robust, meaning they are better protected against high temperatures and harsh environments.
Thanks to the LLC topology and active PFC (Power Factor Correction), the EDGE power supply operates more efficiently, generates less heat, and delivers a cleaner and more reliable power supply. This means for you: less heat, longer lifespan, and more stable performance for your hardware!
Cool and Quiet, Thanks to Mesh Panel and Powerful 120mm Fan
The power supply's steel housing features a large mesh panel on one side. This open design helps efficiently dissipate generated heat. As a result, the integrated 120mm fan runs at a low speed, ensuring quiet operation while maintaining cool operating temperatures.
Braided Cables for a Neat Look
The power supply comes with high-quality braided cables. The easily adjustable cable combs make cable management significantly easier, giving your dual-chamber build an aesthetic and organised look. This not only improves the appearance but also facilitates maintenance and optimises airflow for better cooling.
The braided SATA power cables offer you flexible options when building your gaming PC. The Y-splitter cable enables a flexible and tidy connection of drives and controllers. A second 300mm SATA cable with a 15mm spacing between the connectors allows easy connection of multiple devices while ensuring clean and neat cabling.
