Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 V2 Reverse Blade: Intake fan to complement your setup
The reverse-blade variant of the popular UNI FAN SL120 V2 is an intake fan that seamlessly integrates into your setup with conventional UNI FAN SL120 V2 fans. The PWM fan uses the same unique plug system that was used with the UNI Fans SL V1, freeing many gaming PCs from unnecessary cable clutter. Lian Li also impresses with cooling performance and sets new standards with stunning RGB lighting.
The intake fans in the reverse-blade variant allow you to create a unified look when used with conventional UNI FAN SL 120 V2 fans. With the reverse-blade fans, you can generate airflow in the opposite direction while still presenting the stylish side of the fans. This ensures that you always see the fan's best side, even with the reversed airflow, for a consistent look in your case.
The installation of the Lian Li UNI FAN SL V2 series follows the clever and unique concept of its predecessors: the fans are equipped with customized contact points and can be connected to each other using a practical plug system. Multiple fans can be connected into a cluster and easily connected to the controller with just one cable, thanks to this improved daisy-chain system. The pin contacts carry both power and PWM and ARGB signals.
Redesigned plug system of the Lian Li UNI FAN SL V2 series
The plug system introduced with the UNI FAN SL and AL series has been further improved in the UNI FAN SL V2 series. On the one hand, the plug can be removed to prevent possible collisions with connections on the radiator and at the same time ensure a tidy look.
Furthermore, the connection for the cable module has been removed, and the cable can now be connected directly to the fan. The connection is flat in the frame, providing more space for the use of radiators. The previously separate cables for power and ARGB signals have been combined into a 7-pin cable. You can connect these cables directly to the controller.

The intake fans operate quietly at full load with a maximum of 32 dB(A). The reduced friction allows for higher speeds with the same energy consumption, resulting in significantly increased airflow and excellent performance values. Cool temperatures are also favored by the increased height of 28 millimeters.
With the L-Connect 3 software, you can activate the start/stop mode for your Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 V2. When your components are below a temperature you set (maximum 50 degrees), the fans remain off. In addition, L-Connect 3 allows you to create an optimized fan curve for speed and temperature.
Optimized concept for lighting and look
Lian Li has significantly improved the fans. The LED strips of connected fans with a distance of 3 millimeters compared to 5.6 millimeters in the previous generation have a significantly reduced spacing between the individual fans. This results in seamless transitions of the illuminated areas, and effects that span fan clusters are enhanced. Lian Li has redesigned the rubber pads and added additional cutouts, making the unique RGB lighting stand out even more.
