Ordering Process

This is how you should proceed with your comfortable and safe order at caseking.

Item Availability

Item Availability

To check the availability of your items before you place an order, please use the status displays (in stock) in the webshop or get into contact with us.
To the contact form

On a regular basis we have more then 97% of the items which are displayed in the webshop in stock.

We keep more then 400.000 single pieces in our modern logistics center, to be able to proceed as fast as possible with your order.

If the status of an item is "available", the shipment should be ready the same day or the day after.

If the status is marked as "available from:", the order will be processed as soon as the good arrive.

If the status displays "on request" you should as for a delivery date by mail or phone.

Should you choose to order items with different availabilities, your order will be shipped, after every item of your order is ready, except if you specifically ask for another way to handle it.

You can order in the webshop with only 5 simple steps.

1.Just put the items in your cart

 

 

2. In your cart, click the -> Button "Checkout"

 

 

3.Login or register

 

 

4.Choose your delivery address, transport option and payment method and confirm the terms. Confirm again on the checkout page and press the Button "send order".

Order

If you click the button "send order", that represents an offer to Caseking GmbH, Gaußstr. 1, 10589 Berlin, offering the buy of the listed items in your overview at the shown conditions. After receipt of your order we will send you an eMail with our confirmation of the order.

You have the right, to return the goods in a timeframe of 2 weeks. You can find further informations here.

Legal Information

You can save your order data and our General Business Terms or print them to save them for a later use.

The order history can also be seen in "My Account", our terms and conditions are only displayed in the most actual version.

If we choose to accept your order, it will immediatly be dispatched, if you chose to pay by case on delivery, PayPal, Bitcoin, Sofortüberweisung or Credit Card. If you choose to pay by Financing your order will be shipped immediatly after full payment through the TARGOBANK.

Please note that we have no influence on the handling time or fees of the different bank institutes!

But you can be sure that every order is being handled with the highest priority and we are focused on top speed deliveries.

Chosing the Transport Company

Concerning the shipment you can choose between our listed Transport-Companies. Sending the order with a pallet forwarder or Speed Courier is possible after contact with our Support but please note that shipping costs will be different to the ones on the shipping page and calculated by order.

After your order has been shipped by Caseking GmbH, you will receive another eMail with detailed information about all the shipped goods as well as a tracking number, which you can use with our Package-Tracking.

The regular delivery time:

GLS usually 24 hours, DHL usually 1 to 3 business days.


Please note that the delivery on saturdays or shipping to Package-Stations from DHL is only possible with DHL, and only in germany. Our shipment statements are without guarantee, please note that we have no influence on the delivery time of the transport companies.

 

Change or Cancel an Order

aendern oder stornierenYou want to change or cancel your order? Not a problem! Only note that changes or cancellations are only possible until your package has been accepted by the transport company.

So we would ask you to comminicate your wishes shortly after your order has been placed, also depending on your payment method, otherwise a change cannot be guaranteed.

    The item is in stock at our warehouse and can be shipped immediately. The shipping preparation (picking) usually takes 0-2 business days. The shipping speed depends on the chosen shipping method or transport service provider.

    The item should be available again within the course of the day or the following business day and is then considered to be in stock.

    The item is expected to be available from a certain date. This is only an estimation. Delays of the delivery date can, unfortunately, not be completely excluded.

    We have ordered the item, but did not receive a confirmed delivery date for it from the manufacturer or supplier. A delivery time estimation cannot be given for this item.

    The system or bundle is only assembled individually by us after the order has been placed and its payment been completed. Please note the stock status of all the individual components as well as further information in the product description.

    Unknown

    We have ordered the item, but did not receive a confirmed delivery date for it from the manufacturer or supplier. A delivery time estimation cannot be given for this item.
