Is that really possible? Unfortunately, we have not found anything.

Some PC games create an incredible hype even before they are released. Triple-A titles like CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 advertised phenomenal graphics and cool gameplay scenes months before the game's launch. Sometimes it's also the long-awaited sequel of a game series that triggers the purchase of a new gaming PC. Buying a gaming PC for a specific genre of games can also make sense. Our King Mod systems can also be pre-configured for specific games upon request.
Gaming PC for Cyberpunk 2077? Here's how!
If you configure a gaming PC specifically for a game, you must first deal with the system requirements of the game. Usually, the developer/publisher releases two different lists in advance:
- The minimum system requirements
- The recommended system requirements
The minimum system requirements: No less than this
The minimum system requirements, or minimum requirements, are exactly what the name suggests: the minimum. Often, components are listed that are several years old and hardly available new. For many online games, the minimum system requirements are particularly low so that the game runs on as many systems as possible.
The minimum system requirements for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive:
- Operating System: Windows 7/Vista/XP
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 processor or better
- Memory: 2 GB RAM
- Graphics: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0
- DirectX: Version 9.0c
- Storage: 15 GB available space
But even if a computer meets these minimal requirements, a smooth gaming experience in full HD resolution is not guaranteed. Often the smallest detail level and lowest resolution are used as a comparison basis. Definitely, it doesn't look nice!
The recommended system requirements: There's more to it!
The recommended system requirements are usually based on the hardware needed to play a game smoothly in full HD. Since the data is created by the developer/publisher, they are usually below what you actually need. This makes the game appealing to a wider audience.
The recommended system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077:
- Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
- CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
- Memory: 12 GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB or AMD Radeon RX 590
System requirements beyond 1080p: Cyberpunk 2077
Already in full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels), there is a noticeable jump when moving from the low graphics settings to the "High" graphics preset. When switching the resolution to WQHD (2,560 x 1,440 pixels), the requirements - or recommendations - for the graphics card increase significantly. Additionally, more memory and an SSD instead of an HDD are recommended.
The graphics cards recommended for the WQHD preset make Cyberpunk 2077 playable, but based on the linked benchmarks, you can see that the recommended graphics cards reach about 30 frames per second (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060) or 35 FPS (AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT). For frames beyond 60 FPS, an "enthusiast" graphics card is needed. At the same time, a more powerful processor than the recommendation must be used.

How useful are the system requirements specifications?
The aforementioned system requirements are a useful guideline. However, if you are assembling a gaming PC specifically for a new game, you should definitely wait for benchmarks and reviews. If you can't wait to play the eagerly awaited title and buy a gaming PC in advance, you might be disappointed afterward.
Either you didn't invest enough in the new computer, so you can't play the game smoothly at the desired resolution and detail level. Or you went unnecessarily overboard with the new PC. Therefore, it is always worth being critical of the specified system requirements in advance.
