Nvidia GeForce PC Systems

GeForce Gaming PCs are equipped with one or more NVIDIA graphics cards. For a long time, the GeForce GTX series was the ultimate choice for a gaming PC, but NVIDIA has reshuffled the market with the GeForce RTX series. Gaming PCs with a GeForce RTX graphics card not only offer maximum gaming performance for "normal" resolutions and detail levels but also come with features like Raytracing and DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) for even more realism!

NVIDIA GeForce PC systems are among the fastest gaming PCs. The GeForce RTX gaming PCs cover the high-end and enthusiast segments, while the GeForce GTX gaming PCs now cater more to the mid-range and entry-level segments. If you want to treat yourself to a GeForce gaming PC of the highest caliber, you can still buy a King Mod system with a water-cooled GeForce RTX. A water-cooled GeForce RTX gaming PC can sustain the enormous graphics performance of the GPU longer and with stable clock rates.

Gaming PCs with GeForce RTX Graphics Cards

A Gaming PC with a GeForce RTX graphics card offers maximum gaming performance. Especially when gaming in 4K resolution or diving into virtual reality (VR), computing power is crucial. For particularly realistic light and shadow effects, NVIDIA relies on the eponymous Raytracing technology in its RTX GPUs.

Raytracing enables realistic lighting by simulating the physical properties and behavior of light. Raytracing calculates the color of individual pixels by tracing the path that light would take from the user's eye through a 3D landscape. As the light traverses the 3D scene, it can be reflected by objects, creating reflections, blocked by objects, creating shadows, or pass through transparent or semi-transparent objects, creating light refractions or distortions. Raytracing combines all these effects to represent the final color of a pixel on the monitor.

The second major feature of the RTX graphics cards is the built-in Tensor cores. These cores are specially developed for deep learning and were introduced with the Volta GPU architecture. These matrix-based compute cores come with special data paths for optimized floating-point computational throughput and offer increased energy efficiency. Both the "training" and "inference" aspects of deep learning benefit from the Tensor cores. Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) is a form of anti-aliasing enabled by the Tensor cores, which offloads the normal CUDA cores.
