Enthoo 719: Full-Tower with Multiple Customisation OptionsThe case's exterior resembles, at first glance, its predecessor the Enthoo 719 from PHANTEKS. This Full-Tower case has been completely overhauled however, this time offering an ingeniously designed interior boasting a black powder coating and an array of user-friendly touches: the bottom of the case includes a vertical PSU shroud, upon which either a second Mini-ITX format system or a second power supply can be installed. Both brackets for this functionality come included as standard.
The PHANTEKS Enthoo 719 supports SSI-EEB-, E-ATX-, ATX-, Micro-ATX- and Mini-ITX-format motherboards. Apart from the eight PCI slot brackets, the case also offers support for two vertical triple-slot PCI slots, meaning that graphics cards can be up to 503 mm in length while the tempered glass side allows you to enjoy the view from the outside. A vertical GPU bracket comes included. The case includes various rubberised cable ducts with velcro loops and extra coverings to enable users to benefit from extensive cable management options when it comes to achieving that clean and minimalist look.
Note: A compatible riser cable for the vertical mounting/installation of graphics cards is not included and may be purchased separately in our online shop.
Options for Air- and Water coolingThe Enthoo 719 is designed from the ground up for custom water cooling: the front supports a radiator in the 480- or 420-mm format. The fans are attached to the outside of the chassis, meaning that space on the inside is maximised. The roof supports 360- or 280 mm radiators with a total thickness of 55 mm before interfering with the top of the motherboard.
The rear of the case supports a single 140- or 120 mm model fan. A radiator up to 480 mm can fit onto the motherboard tray. The right side wall offers multiple openings to help improve overall airflow. The bottom of the case on the other hand supports a 360 mm radiator. The roof and the front of the case include openings for fill- and drain ports each with a diameter of 20,5 mm.
PHANTEKS has also taken traditional air cooling into consideration, enabling the installation of up to x15 120 mm fans. The front has space for four 120- or three 140 mm models, while the rear and roof supports 140- or 120 mm case fans. The motherboard tray supports four 120 mm fans and the bottom of the case allows for three 120- or 140 mm fans. CPU coolers may be up to 195 mm tall.
Fan Hub and RGB-LED LightingPHANTEKS has thoughtfully included fan controls for up to eight fans in the Enthoo 719. Three 3-pin fans can be controlled via the speed signal and four 4-pin PWM fans using the PWM. An additional 4-pin connector is designed for both control options. Splitter cables, available to purchase separately, allow for even more fans to be connected to the hub.
The PHANTEKS Enthoo 719 includes integrated RGB-LED lighting in the front cover as well as in the PSU shroud. Colour and lighting modes can be selected using the buttons on the I/O panel of the Full-Tower case and synchronised with other digitally addressable accessories via 3-pin RGB cable. The 719 is compatible with ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync and Razer Chroma.
Operation and Connectivity OptionsThe power button of the PHANTEKS Enthoo 719 is embedded in the roof of the case, while the modular I/O panel is situated on the front. The front cover includes four USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.1 Type C connector, a microphone input and a headphone jack.
There are three additional buttons, two for adjusting the colour and modes of the RGB lighting and the third which can act either as a reset button and HDD-LED indicator which is surrounded by a white LED or alternatively as a power switch and power LED for the subsidiary system.
Drives: Hard Drives and SSDsA Full-Tower case like the Enthoo 719 is more than capable of fitting a wide array of drives: by default, the case supports eleven 2,5" drives behind the motherboard tray. A small side window in the right side allows users to enjoy an unobstructed view of their installed SSDs.
There are an additional four double trays each capable of holding two SSDs in the front, these can be installed instead of a radiator on the motherboard tray. The Enthoo 719 supports four modular, stackable drive cages for 3,5" drives. In total, up to ten of said cages can be installed in the case.

The Phanteks Enthoo 719 is a great full-tower chassis. You get RGB lighting here (with control buttons on the front I/O), but on the other hand, no fans are included so that means spending more dough on top of the hefty 189 EUR/USD price tag. This is intentional, though, as system builders usually prefer to use what they really like, instead of what the case manufacturer gives them. The 719 has excellent airflow characteristics due to the very large gap that runs along the edge of the panels all the way from the bottom front, to the top rear, still, it mainly depends on the configuration you use. When we installed a 280 mm LCS and a 140 mm fan at the back, it was really, really good, both in terms of performance and noise.read more...
