This is a straight, black extender fitting that is designed for connecting two graphics cards' water coolers. To this end it is adjustable from 16 mm to 22 mm. Equipped with two male 1/4" threads, this extender consists of black anodised brass and comes with two O-rings made from Viton to ensure a watertight loop.
