The Glacier G3090Ti ASUS Waterblock from PHANTEKS fits the PCBs of ASUS ROG Strix RTX 3090 Ti / ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 3090 Ti graphics cards. The efficient cooling of the GPU, memory, and voltage converters is guaranteed by the nickel-plated copper block. The PHANTEKS Glacier G3090Ti ASUS Waterblock is a water cooler for custom water cooling systems with a full-block design. The cooler base is made of nickel-plated copper to ensure effective heat dissipation thanks to its high thermal conductivity and optimised channel structure. The high-flow design keeps the resistance low and ensures a high flow of the coolant.The top is made of transparent acrylic and covered with black anodised aluminium. The connection terminal has four ports (G1/4"). Due to the flat design of the cooler, it is also possible to connect several graphics cards easily.
The digitally addressable RGB LED lighting is equipped with the same RGB connections as other PHANTEKS products and can be controlled via an RGB LED controller (if available) on PHANTEKS cases. Via a 3-pin connector (5VDG), you can connect the cooler to corresponding motherboards as well. The lighting can then be adapted using GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync, ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light and Razer Chroma RGB LED software.
The sealing ring of the PHANTEKS Glacier G3090Ti ASUS Waterblock is made of high-quality Viton. This material is also used in the aerospace industry. It is extremely durable and resistant to high temperatures and reactive liquids.
Why should I water cool my graphics card?
Peak performance means high heat output. This problem is exacerbated by overclocking when temperatures can reach critical levels. In short: If you want a low noise system even when playing games, benching, or overclocking, there is no way around water cooling. In addition to the usual components (radiator, pump, reservoir), a suitable cooler for the graphics card is of course also necessary - like this model from water cooling expert PHANTEKS.Note 1: For integration into the cooling circuit, fittings are required which are not included. The original cooler must be removed before installation, which voids the manufacturer's warranty!
