Popular Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX Now with Tempered Glass & RGB Lighting

The stylish design of the Enthoo Evolv series from Phanteks is so highly regarded by customers worldwide that the manufacturer has updated the popular Mini-ITX version of the series. Three new versions are entering the market and will be available approximately in the first week of September. In terms of the colours, Phanteks has stuck to what works and is offering models in black, black/red and white/black. The tempered glass side panel and the RGB LED lighting with included RGB controller make for great new additions to the series.

The Special Features of the Three New Models

The new features include the left side panel which is now made completely out of tempered glass and allows for an amazing view of the installed hardware. The new RGB lighting fits in perfectly with the tempered glass side panel along with the power button LED and the LED strip that illuminates part of the front of the case. More RGB LED products can be incorporated due to the addition of an internal RGB controller, and an optional adapter allows for the lighting to be controlled via ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion or MSI Mystic Light Sync.

The Features of the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Mini-ITX Cases

Phanteks holds true to its commitment to an impressive list of features and the three new models maintain this trend by offering maximum hardware compatibility, unparalleled support for custom water-cooling, a reservoir mounting bracket as well as other optional accessories such as PWM fan hubs or hard drive mounts. CPU coolers up to a height of 20 cm can be installed in this case and without radiators it is large enough to accommodate graphics cards up to 33 cm in length.

One 140 mm fan comes pre-installed in the back and is backed up by the potential addition of two more 120 or 140 mm fans in the top and front. A 280 mm radiator can be mounted in the top using a bracket which can be removed from the case. After mounting the radiator on the bracket it can then be easily inserted into position. Theoretically a 240 mm radiator could be installed in front but it would restrict other components.

Behind the motherboard tray lies 28 mm of space for cable management thereby allowing for clean builds and tidy cable routing. The bottom is separated from the main chamber by a PSU shroud. The PSU itself can be up to 21 cm long and can take in air through the bottom of the case or from the interior. A hard drive cage in front of the PSU allows for the installation of two 2,5 or 3,5” drives.
