Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 240 AIO Cooler, D-RGB - 240mm

With the Eisbaer Pro Aurora 240, Alphacool offers a complete water cooling solution with digitally addressable RGB lighting. This powerful all-in-one solution can be expanded via quick disconnects. Refilling with liquid is also possible if needed. The 240 mm copper radiator ensures high cooling performance. Due to the large contact area of the CPU cooler, the Eisbaer Pro Aurora 240 is also suitable for large CPUs such as the AMD Threadripper or the Intel LGA 3647 socket.

Copper Radiator and Silent Fans

For the radiator of the Eisbaer Pro Aurora, Alphacool uses copper in the pre-chambers, fins, and cooling channels. This ensures fast heat transfer at all times. The fin density is 15 FPI, which guarantees very good heat dissipation even at low airflow.

The 120 mm Aurora Rise fans also come from Alphacool and have been specifically designed for use on radiators. They generate a high static pressure of 3.17 mmH2O to push cool air through the radiator fins. The fans are controlled via the PWM connection of the motherboard, and a PWM Y-adapter is included in the kit. Additionally, the fans offer a passive mode. With the zero control, they can be reduced to 0 RPM, allowing for absolute silent operation. The operating speed ranges from 350 to 2,500 RPM.

Quiet Pump and Powerful Heat Sink

The base of the CPU cooler is made of nickel-plated copper. Inside, it features a cooling fin area of 55 by 42 mm – larger than all known processor cores. The total of 58 cooling fins are only 0.4 mm thick and spaced 0.4 mm apart. This increases the contact area with the coolant and allows for high flow rates. Both result in high cooling performance, keeping even hot CPUs at manageable temperatures.

The optimised DC-LT-2 pump is housed in the same unit. With its true 3-phase sinusoidal control and high operational smoothness, it operates whisper-quiet. The pump is connected via a 3-pin Molex connector. With a maximum speed of 2,600 RPM, it achieves a flow rate of 75 L/h. Optionally, it can be regulated between 7 and 13.5 volts.

Since this is a complete water cooling system, no additional hoses need to be attached to the AiO during installation. Nevertheless, Alphacool has equipped its system with quick disconnects that allow for easy upgrades of the Eisbaer Pro Aurora.

Stylish RGB Lighting

The CPU cooler with pump and expansion tank, as well as the two fans, feature digitally addressable RGB lighting (5V), which can be controlled via a compatible motherboard. The fans are equipped with circular dispersion rings that evenly distribute the light. The CPU cooler is also illuminated. A small RGB controller with a SATA power connection is also included.
