The Ducky Cushion 98: Mechanical gaming keyboard with a special typing feel

The heart of the Ducky Cushion 98 is the Ducky Nest Mount. Instead of cushioning the keyboard only at specific points, a dedicated cushioning layer distributes pressure evenly across the board. This makes the keystroke feel soft and controlled. At the same time, typing noise is reduced. This adjustment quickly becomes noticeable, especially if you type a lot or share your setup with others.

Ducky Shush Green: quiet switches with perceptible feedback

The Ducky Shush Green switches have a tactile character. When pressed, you feel a distinct resistance and thus exactly when your input is registered. The switches require 45 gf actuation force, actuate after 2 mm, and offer a total 4 mm key travel. Their integrated damping reduces the noise when the key is fully pressed without making the keystroke feel mushy.

Want a different typing feel later? No problem. The Ducky Cushion 98 features hot-swap sockets. This allows you to remove the mechanical switches without soldering and replace them with compatible models.

The Ducky Cushion 98 uses a compact 96% layout. This gives you many functions of a large keyboard including a number pad but requires less desk space. This leaves more room for mouse movements during gaming. The PBT keycaps in Cherry profile are designed for fast typing and gaming.

Three connection options for your setup

You can connect the Ducky Cushion 98 in three ways: via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth, or USB-C. Up to four devices can be used via Bluetooth. The built-in battery has a capacity of 4,200 mAh and achieves a runtime of up to 63 hours with lighting turned off.

The gaming keyboard remains flexible in configuration as well. You can adjust functions and lighting via the browser-based DuckyHub without needing to download additional software. Additionally, the Cushion 98 supports VIA.
