The MOZA G01 Motion System transfers accelerations, vehicle movements, and vibrations directly to your sim rig. Four actuators generate movements in pitch, roll, and heave. The large stroke creates clearly noticeable weight shifts, while the high vibration frequency also reproduces fine details of the engine, tyres, and track.
- 150 mm stroke replicates strong pitch, roll, and heave movements
- Up to 150 Hz makes tyre and track details perceptible
- 8 ms response time transmits driving conditions without disruptive delay
- 21-bit magnetic encoder enables precise motion control
- MOZA Motion Manager allows individual adjustment of effects
Large movements and fine details
The actuators achieve a maximum stroke of 150 mm, a speed of up to 300 mm/s, and an acceleration of more than 1 g. This lets you feel strong braking manoeuvres, load shifts, and landings after jumps as well as driving over curbs. Vibration frequencies up to 150 Hz additionally transmit engine RPM, tyre grip, and small road surface irregularities.
Direct reactions through precise drive technology
MOZA combines a servo drive with a highly precise ball screw and a 21-bit magnetic encoder. The system detects movements with around 2.09 million positions per revolution and executes control commands with a response time of 8 ms. This allows the actuators to follow rapid changes in direction smoothly and to reproduce dynamic driving situations in a controlled manner.
Flexible control for your sim rig
The standard configuration operates with four actuators and three degrees of freedom for pitch, roll, and heave. Via the MOZA Motion Manager, you can adjust the range of motion, intensity, individual motion axes, and vibration feedback to suit your vehicle and preferred simulation. The actuators use a 48 V power supply and feature height-adjustable mounting slides as well as customizable RGB lighting with telemetry display.
