An idea is the start.
Register in the forum
Create a Hardwareluxx forum account by 1 November 2026. No account, no application.
Send your concept and experience
How would you transform the EX5 PLUS? Introduce yourself briefly, include your forum username and, if available, photos of previous projects.
Build and document
It starts on 1 December 2026. Every two weeks you post an update to your forum diary, with text and pictures.

Applications are handled by Hardwareluxx, not by the Caseking shop.

How does the contest work?
The build phase starts on 1 December 2026. Participants document their progress in the Hardwareluxx forum every two weeks. The deadline is 18 April 2027 at 8 pm. A jury of the Hardwareluxx editorial team and selected forum users then judges the builds.
What goes into my application?
A short introduction, your motivation, previous modding or hands-on projects (photos welcome) and a brief vision of what you would do with the case. No CV or passport photo needed.
Are these products the contest hardware package?
No. This is a selection from the Caseking shop. Hardwareluxx announces the hardware package separately. A purchase does not guarantee a contest place.
Who cannot take part?
Employees of the sponsors, staff of Hardwareluxx Media GmbH and forum moderators.
