UPS - Uninterrupted Power Supply
Our UPS solutions protect your systems from power failures and ensure the continuous operation of your most important devices. Always stay on the safe side and prevent data loss and downtime.
UPS / Surge Protection
UPS systems (Uninterruptible Power Supply), known as UPS in English, significantly increase the reliability of your productivity system. In the PC sector, batteries with the highest possible capacity are used so that the so-called autonomy time is as long as possible, i.e., the duration during which the computer can continue to operate after a power failure.
Different types of UPS
The autonomy time depends partly on the power required by a computer and partly on the output power provided by the UPS: the more watts (W) or volt-amperes (VA), the longer the computer can continue to run. Some UPS units have multiple socket outlets for connecting additional peripherals such as monitors. Additionally, a surge protector is often integrated into the UPS to further protect connected devices from lightning strikes.
