Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate Compression Fitting, Brass - Gloss Nickel, HT16

The DeltaMate fittings are water cooling hose connectors for the individual components of a custom water cooling system. Manufactured from brass in the usual Thermal Grizzly quality, the fittings are machine-made. Brass, as an alloy of copper and zinc, offers the advantage of being anodically compatible with other metals while being both harder and more corrosion-resistant than copper.

General Information

The sealing rings (O-rings) are made from the particularly elastic and ozone- and UV-resistant EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber). The robust design of the DeltaMate fittings allows assembly with an 8 mm internal hex key. The uniform outer diameter of all DeltaMate connectors ensures seamless integration of the individual products.

The DeltaMate HT16 connector in gloss nickel is suitable for tubes (hard tubes) made of hard plastics and metals with a 16 mm outer diameter. The HT16 fitting is designed for easy length measurement and installation. The tube is not inserted into the fitting but mounted on its top. For a refined finish that is also easy to clean, the fittings are coated with a glossy nickel plating.
