With the Thermal Grizzly TG Metal Polish & Restore polishing paste, you can remove stubborn gallium residues and contaminants from sensitive metal surfaces. It is especially suitable for CPU dies and heatspreaders after the use of liquid metal.

Reliably remove gallium residues

After using liquid metal, stubborn residues can remain on CPU dies and heatspreaders. The special surfactant technology of the polishing paste binds gallium and prevents it from re-adhering to the surface during cleaning. This makes it easier to remove liquid metal residues. The controlled abrasiveness ensures an effective yet material-friendly polishing effect.

Clean metal surfaces and restore their shine

The polishing paste removes oxidation marks and contaminants from copper, brass, chrome, and nickel. Matte or tarnished areas are smoothed and regain their metallic shine.

At the same time, the paste offers temporary oxidation protection. This makes it suitable for the maintenance of metallic components in PCs and technical equipment.

Precise application with practical accessories

The set includes a polishing pen and lint-free microfiber cloths made of 80% polyester and 20% polypropylene. The cloths can be attached to the polishing pen, allowing you to clean small areas precisely.

For larger surfaces, use the 10 x 10 cm cloths directly by hand. The durable fibres help absorb oils, greases, and other contaminants.

After polishing, surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned with isopropanol or suitable cleaning cloths before reapplying liquid metal. Apply only light pressure on sensitive silicon surfaces. Painted and powder-coated surfaces are not suitable for treatment.
