Galileo TU2 Plus MKll: Functional case

The Galileo TU2 Plus MKll from Akasa is a special case that impresses mainly because the cooling works completely without fans. The case is flat and small, making it suitable for any setup, even if you have limited space. A variety of Mini-ITX motherboards can be installed, including industrial motherboards.

Effective cooling without fans

To keep the processor and drives cool, the case has a special technology for this purpose. An important part is the material: aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat. Additionally, there is a heat module inside and efficient copper heat pipes. The heat is transferred from the processor to the fins on the sides and from there outwards.

The case can accommodate processors with Intel LGA 1700, 1200, and 115x sockets. However, it should be noted that these must not exceed 35 watts TDP. Additionally, there is a PCIe slot at the back where a low-profile card can be attached. At the front, there are two USB 3.2 and USB 2.0 ports each. To have enough storage for your programs, four drives can be installed.
