When using HardTubes, it is essential that the ends of the tubes are cleanly deburred as the edges from unclean cuts can damage the seals in the HardTube connections. This can cause the connections to leak and liquid to escape.
The Alphacool Strong Guy is completely made of metal and fits very well in the hand. It offers two sides for deburring the outer edge and the inner edge of the HardTube or brass tube. With just a few turns of the HardTubes on the sharp blades, clean edges can be produced. The tube can then gently slide inside the O-rings when inserted into the fittings without damaging them.
