AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D: Eight Zen 4 cores for your gaming PC

With the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D, you get a performance-oriented desktop processor from the Ryzen 7000 Series. The CPU is based on the Zen 4 architecture and combines eight cores with 16 threads. This makes it suitable not only for gaming but also for streaming, multitasking, and productive applications.

The processor operates at a base clock of 4.0 GHz and reaches a boost clock of up to 4.5 GHz with Precision Boost 2. The 120 W TDP provides the appropriate performance headroom for powerful gaming systems.

96 MB L3 cache for fast data access

A key advantage of the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D is its large cache memory. In addition to 8 MB L2 cache, you have 96 MB L3 cache available. The large L3 cache can particularly help in games by providing frequently needed data faster.

Together with AMD 3D V-Cache, the Ryzen 7 7700X3D is especially designed for gaming scenarios where short access times and high CPU responsiveness are important.

AM5 platform with powerful features

The AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D uses the AM5 socket and is compatible with chipsets A620, X670E, X670, B650E, B650, X870E, X870, B840, and B850. This gives you a wide selection of suitable motherboards for your gaming or desktop system.

Additionally, the processor supports AMD EXPO, Precision Boost Overdrive, Curve Optimizer Voltage Offsets, and AMD Ryzen Master. Thus, various functions are available to further tune your system depending on motherboard, cooling, and setup.

Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics

The AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D features integrated AMD Radeon Graphics with two graphics cores and a graphics frequency of 2,200 MHz. The processor also supports USB Type-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

For a gaming PC, you will generally still rely on a dedicated graphics card. However, the integrated graphics are practical for diagnostics, initial setup, or systems where a separate GPU is not immediately installed.

Note: The boxed version of the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X3D is delivered without a CPU cooler. For optimal performance, liquid cooling is recommended according to the datasheet.
