The Antec C5: Midi Tower with Extensive Cooling Options

The Antec C5 offers you more than enough space to assemble and install your hardware according to your wishes. Your gaming hardware is effectively cooled by the many cooling options available. The two-chamber design allows for independent cooling of the CPU, GPU, and power supply, leading to even more efficient airflow. Additionally, the tempered glass on the side and front provides a generous view of the interior of your case, allowing the stylish RGB lighting to shine through perfectly.

Fans and Radiators

Powerful hardware requires equally powerful cooling to prevent overheating. The Antec C5 can accommodate up to ten fans. You can install either three 120mm fans or two 140mm fans on the top and side. Additionally, three more 120mm fans can be mounted at the bottom, along with one at the rear.

The special feature is that, in addition to the tower, you also receive a total of seven 120mm PWM fans. Three are attached at the bottom and on the side. The orientation of these ARGB fans is reversed, while the seventh fan with normal orientation is at the rear.

If you prefer to install a liquid cooling system, there are also plenty of options available. Radiators up to 360mm in size can be installed in several locations: at the top and bottom. Additionally, there is space for a 280mm radiator at the side, as well as a 120mm one on the rear.

With the many options for cooling your hardware, your gaming PC will always perform at its best. Dust filters at the bottom and top help to ensure that as little dust as possible accumulates inside, which significantly extends the lifespan of your components.

Hardware Options

The midi tower supports the installation of graphics cards up to 410mm in size. This means that the current NVIDIA GPUs from the 40 series are also possible. Motherboards can be installed up to the ATX format. Additionally, motherboards with the innovative back-connect design are supported, eliminating unsightly cable clutter.

The CPU cooler should not exceed a height of 160mm. In contrast, there are hardly any limits for the power supply, as it can be up to 220mm long and is mounted on the side of the tower. To ensure you have enough storage for your programs and games, the Antec C5 allows for the installation of up to three 2.5-inch drives on the side or bottom.
