The features of the ULTITUBE D5 100 Reservoir for D5 pumps in detail

The ULTITUBE D5 100 Reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a tube made of borosilicate glass. Unlike commonly used plexiglass, borosilicate glass has very high hardness and scratch resistance. Additionally, it has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands very minimally when exposed to heat.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected to black anodised aluminium metal rings which do not come into contact with the cooling medium. Due to the clever construction, internal struts or additional tubes are not required. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 100 D5 are made of resistant acetal and are screwed together with the aluminium rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. In the base of the Reservoir, a filter made of stainless steel wire mesh is integrated. The filter retains particles and eliminates annoying air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water. The seal in the lid of the Reservoir is designed as a rubber mould for easy assembly, ensuring a secure position when screwing on the lid.

The ULTITUBE D5 100 is compatible with D5 pumps from various manufacturers. The pump is attached via an aluminium ring at the base of the Reservoir. The Reservoir can be mounted on a side or rear wall, as well as in a standing position. Corresponding brackets and appropriate mounting materials, as well as four soft rubber decouplers, are included in the scope of delivery.
