The features of the ULTITUBE D5 150 Reservoir for D5 pumps in detail

The ULTITUBE D5 150 Reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. In contrast to commonly used plexiglass, borosilicate glass has very high hardness and scratch resistance. Additionally, it has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands very minimally when exposed to heat.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected with black anodised aluminium metal rings that do not come into contact with the cooling medium. Due to the clever design, internal struts or additional tubes are not necessary. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 150 D5 are made of resistant acetal and are screwed onto the aluminium rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. In the base of the Reservoir, there is a filter made of stainless steel wire mesh integrated. The filter captures particles and eliminates annoying air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water. The seal in the lid of the Reservoir is designed as a rubber mould for easy assembly, ensuring secure positioning when screwing on the lid.

The ULTITUBE D5 150 is compatible with D5 pumps from various manufacturers. The pump is attached via an aluminium ring at the base of the Reservoir. The Reservoir can be mounted on a side or rear wall, as well as in a standing position. Corresponding brackets and suitable mounting materials, as well as four soft rubber decouplers, are included in the delivery.
