The ULTITUBE D5 200 PRO LEAKSHIELD Reservoir in Detail
A reservoir that protects your system. The ULTITUBE D5 200 PRO with LEAKSHIELD ensures that no liquid leaks from your water-cooling system onto your hardware by creating a vacuum. It also continuously monitors the water loop for even the smallest leaks, and it can do this before you even power up your water-cooling system.
The ULTITUBE D5 200 PRO Reservoir also helps you fill your system with water, once you connect a suction line, or monitor the reservoir’s water level, thanks to LEAKSHIELD.
A powerful pump for sophisticated custom water-cooling systems
The aqua computer ULTITUBE D5 200 PRO LEAKSHIELD stands out with borosilicate glass, setting it apart from those using acrylic glass. It is harder, highly scratch-resistant, and has excellent chemical and thermal resistance with minimal thermal expansion.
The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. A stainless steel mesh filter is integrated into the base of the reservoir. The filter traps particles and eliminates air bubbles. The filter element is easy to remove and can be cleaned under running water.
Both the top and bottom of the ULTITUBE D5 200 PRO are made of durable acetal and are secured with aluminum rings and the glass tube. Both ends of the glass tube are firmly connected with black anodized aluminum rings. These rings do not come into contact with the cooling fluid! This design eliminates the need for internal struts or additional tubes.
The function of LEAKSHIELD
What does LEAKSHIELD do? It creates a vacuum in the entire cooling system. This means that if there is a leak, no coolant will escape. Instead, air will be sucked into the system at the leak point. To ensure a vacuum is maintained throughout the loop, you must adjust the vacuum depending on your coolant pump.
Any air that enters the system is pumped out by the integrated vacuum pump of the LEAKSHIELD, maintaining the vacuum. Only in the case of very large leaks, such as a completely detached hose, might coolant escape.
Strong performance with the D5 NEXT pump
A aqua computer D5 NEXT pump is mounted directly to the base of the reservoir. The pump features an OLED display and numerous control and adjustment options. The pump is secured with an aluminum ring at the base of the reservoir.

Customize your pump’s color
The package includes a digitally addressable RGB LED lighting in the form of an LED ring with 13 RGB LEDs. The RGBpx ring can easily be slid over the reservoir and illuminates the reservoir and coolant. The silicone construction diffuses the LED light and minimizes unsightly LED spots. The RGBpx ring has an input and output, allowing multiple LED rings to be connected in a chain.
