The ULTITUBE D5 50 PRO reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. Unlike commonly used plexiglass, borosilicate glass offers very high hardness and scratch resistance. Additionally, it has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and minimal thermal expansion.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected with metal rings made of black anodized aluminum, which do not come into contact with the coolant. The clever construction eliminates the need for internal struts or additional tubes. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 50 D5 are made of durable acetal and are screwed together with the aluminum rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. A filter made of stainless steel wire mesh is integrated into the base of the reservoir. The filter retains particles and eliminates annoying air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water.

The package includes a digitally addressable RGB-LED lighting in the form of an LED ring with 13 RGB-LEDs. The RGBpx ring can be easily slid over the container and illuminates the reservoir and coolant. The silicone construction diffuses the LED light and minimizes unsightly LED spots. The RGBpx ring has an input and an output, allowing multiple LED rings to be connected in a chain.

The seal in the reservoir lid is designed as a rubber molded part for easy installation, ensuring it is securely positioned when the lid is screwed on. Additionally, the lid has an almost invisible integrated pressure compensation membrane that continuously compensates for pressure fluctuations caused by temperature changes without allowing coolant to escape.

The ULTITUBE D5 50 PRO is compatible with D5 pumps from various manufacturers. The pump is mounted using an aluminum ring at the bottom of the reservoir. The reservoir can be mounted either on a side or rear wall or standing upright. Appropriate brackets and mounting hardware, as well as four soft rubber decouplers, are included in the package.
