The ASUS Prime X870-P is equipped with the mid-tier X870 chipset for AMD's Ryzen 9000 series processors and offers numerous features for gamers and content creators. The Ryzen 9000 processors also use the reliable AM5 socket (LGA 1718).
Additionally, the AMD X870 motherboard provides USB 4.0, now standard, with data transfer rates of up to 40 Gbps. The ASUS Prime X870-P also supports PCIe 5.0, offering twice the bandwidth for graphics cards and NVMe SSDs compared to PCIe 4.0.
