The ASUS TUF Gaming Z790 Plus WiFi is an ATX motherboard with the high-end Intel Z790 chipset and the LGA 1700 socket. The motherboard is suitable for desktop processors of the 12th, 13th, and 14th generation Intel Core CPUs, Alder Lake and Raptor Lake. It supports DDR5 memory up to 7,200 MHz and is excellent for overclocking due to its optimised power supply.
Note: This motherboard supports DDR5 standard memory.
For the best processor performance, it is recommended to regularly update the BIOS for the motherboard. This is especially important for motherboards that may still be shipped with an early BIOS version by the manufacturer.
