Thermalbench - BLACKNOISE NB-ELOOP B14-PS AND B14-3 140MM FANS
They are among the quietest fans I have tested, and do wonders when up against low-med airflow restriction, preferably low. As such, they are one of the best fans from an airflow/noise basis here and definitely one to consider if you are ok with the 29mm thickness. If the price goes down eventually or a higher speed PWM version is available at a competitive price point, it will be one of favorite 140mm fans but it will have to contend with a recommendation for now.

Beginnend mit den Eloop B14-PS möchten wir festhalten das Noiseblocker hier einen Top Lüfter abgeliefert hat. Der B14-PS war bei allen Leistungsmessungen vor dem schon wirklich sehr guten Noctua NF-A14 Industial PPC. Besonders gut haben uns das modulare Kabel sowie die Gesamtkonstruktion des Noiseblocker Lüfters gefallen. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann ist es die Rahmendicke von 29mm. Ansonsten bekommt man hier für ca. 25€ den wohl aktuell leistungsfähigsten und somit auch aktuell besten Lüfter.
