With the 990 Evo Plus - 1 TB NVMe SSD, Samsung offers a fast and reliable SSD that connects via M.2 and features the lightning-fast PCIe 4.0 connection with 4 lanes and support for the state-of-the-art NVM Express protocol. PCIe 5.0 with two lanes is also supported. The 3D NAND TLC memory ensures high speeds of up to 6,300 MB/s for writing and 7,150 MB/s for reading. The lifespan is specified as 600 TBW.
