The SilverStone FARA 515XR: Compact Mid Tower
The SilverStone FARA 515XR is the perfect solution if you're looking for a simple, black mid tower that won't break the bank and still offers more than enough space for your gaming components. Additionally, effective cooling is provided to avoid high temperatures.
Well cooled with fans and radiators
To keep your hardware at low temperatures even during demanding applications like gaming, you need efficient cooling and airflow within the case. The SilverStone FARA 515XR can accommodate up to nine fans. The top supports the installation of up to three 120mm or two 140mm fans. The front also allows you to install either three 120mm or 140mm fans. At the bottom, two additional 120mm fans are possible, while the bottom supports one more fan.
Moreover, four 120mm fans with stylish RGB lighting are already included in the package.
If you prefer liquid cooling - whether an all-in-one liquid cooler or a custom-built liquid cooling system - there are multiple places to install a radiator. You can attach a radiator up to 360mm in size at the front. The rear has space for a 120mm radiator, and the top can accommodate another fan up to 280mm in size.
Hardware options
The midi tower supports the installation of graphics cards up to 350mm in size. Motherboards can be up to ATX format.
The CPU cooler should not exceed a height of 159mm, and the power supply should not be larger than 160mm. To store programs and games, up to four drives can be installed: two 2.5 or 3.5-inch drives in the power supply chamber and two 2.5-inch drives on the side.
