The thermal paste named Aeronaut is the entry-level product from Thermal Grizzly. Although the proportion of metal oxides is somewhat lower here, it still offers good thermal conductivity. With its relatively low density and silicone-based carrier structure, it is particularly suitable for achieving a thin layer thickness and thus low temperatures in large-area applications.
The thermal paste does not tend to harden and, with its good price-performance ratio and lower metal content, which also protects the surface of the heat source and cooler, is ideal for applications where coolers or heat sources are often changed.
