Dust Filters for Fans
It's a well-known problem: when you open your once brand-new and pristine PC case after a year because the CPU is suspiciously warm even in winter, a horribly thick layer of dust obscures the view of the hardware. Dust, or household dust, consists of the finest particles suspended in the air, composed of various organic and inorganic substances. In a PC, unfiltered dust mainly hinders the airflow essential for cooling the hardware. Dust filters for fans and radiators are designed to effectively prevent the interior of the computer from becoming dusty.
Dust, Get Out with Dust Filters!
A good airflow in the PC has the drawback of drawing in a lot of dust from the room air. Easily retrofittable dust filters on intake fans can be removed and thus easily cleaned. They can be conveniently dusted and washed by the user, making them particularly practical for effectively combating large-scale dust deposits.
- The numerous size formats of dust filters are based on the formats of fans with 80, 92, 120, 140, 200, and 230 mm hole spacing, or dual, triple, and quad radiators with 240, 280, 360, 420, and 560 mm widths. The filters are available in round, square, or rectangular designs, ensuring high compatibility with cases and versatile placement options.
- Thanks to the fine mesh made of (anti-static) plastic fabric, dust filters provide reliable long-term protection against the penetration of dust particles into the interior of the computer. Filter cassettes and ventilation grilles with integrated dust filters are firmly screwed onto the corresponding fan slots, and flexible dust filters with magnetic edges can also be attached to plastic cases using the included magnetic frames.
- Declare war on dust bunnies with our practical King-Kits of custom-made dust filters, perfectly adapted to various cases.
