The features of the ULTITUBE D5 150 PRO Reservoir with D5-NEXT pump in detail

The ULTITUBE D5 150 PRO Reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. Unlike commonly used acrylic glass, borosilicate glass has very high hardness and scratch resistance. It also has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands very little when heated.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected to black anodised aluminium metal rings that do not come into contact with the cooling medium. Due to the clever design, internal struts or additional tubes are not necessary. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 150 D5 are made of durable acetal and are screwed together with the aluminium rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. In the base of the Reservoir, a filter made of stainless steel wire mesh is integrated. The filter captures particles and eliminates air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water.

Included in the delivery is a digitally addressable RGB LED lighting in the form of an LED ring with 13 RGB LEDs. The RGBpx ring can easily be slid over the Reservoir and illuminates the Reservoir and the coolant. Made of silicone, the LED light diffuses and minimises unsightly LED spots. The RGBpx ring has an input and an output, allowing multiple LED rings to be connected in a chain.

The seal in the lid of the Reservoir is designed as a rubber mould for easy assembly, ensuring a secure position when screwing on the lid. The lid also features an almost invisible pressure compensation membrane that continuously compensates for pressure fluctuations caused by temperature changes without coolant escaping.

At the base of the ULTITUBE D5 150 PRO, an aqua computer D5-NEXT pump is already mounted. The pump features an OLED display and numerous control and adjustment functions. The pump is secured with an aluminium ring at the base of the Reservoir. The Reservoir can be mounted on a side or rear wall, as well as standing upright. Corresponding brackets, suitable mounting material, and four soft rubber decouplers are included in the delivery.
