Exceptional design and functionality

With the Hyte Y70, you enter new territory when it comes to the look of your PC build. The mid-tower offers you a 360-degree view of your hardware with its front and large, three-part panoramic tempered glass window, allowing you to admire it not only from the side. Built-in ventilation slots at the bottom and side of the case optimally supply your hardware with cool air.

Furthermore, it leaves you free to choose whether you prefer water or air cooling for your components. Thanks to the extraordinary layout, the Y70 is perfectly prepared for both options.

The horizontal PCI slots are low-profile. You can also optionally mount your graphics card vertically using the included PCIe 4.0 riser cable and show it off to everyone.

Excellent airflow thanks to Cold Floor Cooling

The Hyte Y70 accommodates large, power-hungry components. Therefore, the case is designed to be very open and focused on unobstructed airflow. The Cold Floor draws fresh air in from below and delivers it unhindered into the interior of the case. There, it meets the most important and hottest components such as the CPU and GPU, ensuring excellent cooling. With many fan mounting options, the warmed air is quickly and efficiently expelled from the case.

The bottom can accommodate either 3 x 120 mm fans or 2 x 140 mm fans. The top fits three 120 mm fans, the side can hold three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans, and the rear supports one 120 mm or one 140 mm fan. Easily removable dust filters are installed on the top, bottom, and side to protect against dust.

Those planning to install water cooling will not be disappointed either. The side offers enough space for a 280 mm or 360 mm radiator with a maximum height of 125 mm. Radiators up to 280 or 360 mm can be mounted on the top. The rear provides the option to use a 120 mm or 140 mm radiator, for example, for small all-in-one water cooling units.

Space for components and vertical GPU

The Y70 supports E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, offering a wide selection of platforms and configurations. Additionally, CPU coolers up to a height of 180 mm and high-end graphics cards up to a maximum length of 390 mm fit comfortably. If you want to showcase your graphics card through the large window, you can optionally mount it vertically. The required riser cable is already included.

Thanks to its placement behind the motherboard, the power supply is shielded from the rest of the case. This ensures that the PSU’s heat does not enter the main chamber where the other hot components are located, resulting in lower internal case temperatures. The PSU draws fresh air from the side rather than the bottom, which helps prevent dust buildup and extends the lifespan of your power supply. For power-hungry hardware, optional ATX power supplies up to 235 mm in length (including cables) can be installed under the cover.

Mounting options for drives and I/O panel

The Y70 offers plenty of mounting options for storage drives. You can install either two 3.5-inch or four 2.5-inch drives, providing ample storage for your games and applications.

The simple, aquarium-like design of the Y70 also allows for discreet builds with good cooling performance. The side panel and front are made of tempered glass, providing a clear view of the internal components. This means an eye-catching RGB build is also possible. The I/O panel caters to fans of portable storage devices, featuring a power button, reset button, combined 3.5 mm audio and microphone jack, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and one USB 3.1 Type-C port for faster file transfers. Additionally, it is angled and faces towards you.
