The biggest and most important part of your water cooling loop is the tubes or hard tubes and the fittings that hold your circuit together. They connect the water coolers of graphics cards, CPUs, and other components with the reservoirs and radiators. Therefore, they must be absolutely leak-proof so that your valuable hardware is not prematurely damaged.
Additional accessories for water cooling systems
Other categories are also essential for building a reliable water cooling system:
Coolant with various colours and effects
Water additives bring colour to water cooling systems and give the coolant impressive colours or light effects (e.g., UV activity). Coolants for improving thermal properties or additives for enhanced corrosion protection are also in demand.
Ball valves and shut-off valves for easy maintenance of the water circuit
Shut-off and ball valves allow flexible interruption of the cooling circuit, for example, to subsequently disconnect individual components for maintenance or to refill coolant.
O-rings prevent liquid damage
Sealing rings reliably protect the hardware from contact with water. Remember to also replace the O-rings in long-standing water cooling loops. Wear on the seals can cause your loop to no longer be leak-proof.

Spacer rings and sleeves are sealed spacers that can be used, for example, as spacers between longer external and shorter internal threads.

With flow sensors, you are on the safe side because you always have the flow in your water cooling loop in view. They are available in analogue form, in which they purely indicate the current flow through movement. There are also digital versions that display the flow rate in litres per minute and issue warning signals if the flow rate is too low.
