The Silverstone XE04-4677 is a powerful CPU cooler designed for 4U SFF servers and workstations. The XE04-4677 features a larger, specially adapted contact area for LGA 4677 and is a premium model for cooling Intel Xeon processors for professional users.
Optimal Heat Dissipation Efficiency for High-Performance Applications
The XE04-4677 has five heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm, made from copper, ensuring excellent heat dissipation efficiency. The accompanying aluminium fins provide effective heat dissipation, keeping your system stable and delivering maximum performance even under heavy load. With a TDP of 270 W, the processor cooler offers significant cooling reserves, making it ideal for demanding applications.
Strong Cooling with a Powerful Fan
The XE04-4677 is equipped with a 92-mm fan featuring 4-pin PWM control. This allows precise adjustment of the fan speed from 1,500 to 5,000 RPM, tailoring the cooling performance exactly to your CPU's current temperature.
This powerful fan delivers an airflow of up to 132 m³/h and is only 43 dB(A) loud at maximum speed, ensuring a quiet working environment. The dual FDB ball bearing provides high reliability and durability.
