The ULTITUBE D5 150 PRO reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. Unlike commonly used plexiglass, borosilicate glass has a very high hardness and scratch resistance. It also has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands very little when heated.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected with metal rings made of black anodized aluminum that do not come into contact with the coolant. The clever design eliminates the need for internal struts or additional tubes. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 150 D5 are made of durable acetal and are screwed together with the aluminum rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. The base of the reservoir includes a filter made of stainless steel mesh. The filter traps particles and eliminates disruptive air bubbles. The filter element is easy to remove and can be cleaned under running water.

The package includes digitally addressable RGB LED lighting in the form of an LED ring with 13 RGB LEDs. The RGBpx ring can be easily slipped over the container and illuminates the reservoir and the coolant. The silicone construction diffuses the LED light, minimizing unattractive LED spots. The RGBpx ring has an input and an output, allowing multiple LED rings to be connected in a chain.

The gasket in the lid of the reservoir is designed as a rubber molded part for easy installation and is securely positioned when the lid is screwed on. Additionally, the lid features an almost invisible integrated pressure equalization membrane that continuously compensates for pressure fluctuations caused by temperature changes without allowing coolant to escape.
