Features of the ULTITUBE D5 200 Reservoir for D5 pumps in detail

The ULTITUBE D5 200 Reservoir from aqua computer is equipped with a tube made of borosilicate glass. In contrast to commonly used plexiglass, borosilicate glass has very high hardness and scratch resistance. Additionally, it has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and expands very minimally when heated.

Both ends of the glass tube are securely connected to black anodised aluminium metal rings that do not come into contact with the cooling medium. Due to the clever design, there is no need for internal struts or additional tubes. The lid and base of the ULTITUBE 200 D5 are made of resistant acetal and are screwed together with the aluminium rings and the tube.

The glass tube has a wall thickness of 5 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm. In the base of the Reservoir, there is a filter made of stainless steel wire mesh integrated. The filter traps particles and eliminates annoying air bubbles. The filter element is easily removable and can be cleaned under running water. The seal in the lid of the Reservoir is designed as a rubber mould for easy assembly, ensuring a secure position when screwing on the lid.

The ULTITUBE D5 200 is compatible with D5 pumps from various manufacturers. The pump is secured using an aluminium ring at the base of the Reservoir. The Reservoir can be mounted on a side or rear wall, as well as standing upright. Corresponding brackets, suitable mounting materials, and four soft rubber decouplers are included in the scope of delivery.
