Lian Li once again manages to enhance an already highly functional and stylish case. The Lian Li O11Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Big-Tower combines brushed aluminium with tempered glass elements. The dimensions of the case have been adjusted so that even the enormous SSI EEB motherboard ASUS ROG Dominus Extreme with Intel's C621 chipset and socket 3647 for Xeon processors can comfortably fit in the case with the help of an optional expansion rail. The broad dual-chamber design of the Big-Tower remains, offering plenty of space for further advanced gaming components along with excellent cable management and enabling the installation of extensive air or custom water cooling.

E-ATX case with elegant design: Brushed aluminium meets tempered glass

The modular Lian Li O11Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Big-Tower cleverly combines steel with a side panel made of tinted tempered glass. Lian Li goes a step further and equips the right side panel and top with 1 millimetre thick aluminium. The front is also made of tempered glass and allows an almost unobstructed view into the interior of the case.

The right part of the front houses the I/O panel with one USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, and the two obligatory audio connections. Two additional USB 3.0 ports are located at the right foot end of the front. Between the I/O panel and the tempered glass panel is a discreet RGB LED strip that runs from top to bottom and whose lighting can be controlled via two switches on the panel. Alternatively, the RGB LED strip can also be connected to a conventional 5VDG socket on a suitably equipped motherboard.

Ample space for gaming hardware

The Lian Li O11Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Big-Tower offers plenty of space for powerful gaming hardware. Even the enormous SSI EEB motherboard ROG Dominus Extreme from Asus can be installed using an optional expansion rail from Lian Li. Graphics cards may be up to 446 millimetres long, CPU coolers may have a height of 167 millimetres. An ATX power supply is installed vertically at the bottom left rear and may be 210 millimetres long.

For the installation of an AiO or custom water cooling, the case offers the possibility to accommodate up to three 360 mm radiators simultaneously: one in the top, one at the bottom, and one next to the motherboard. The right side panel also features ventilation slots to dissipate heat accordingly. If one wishes to install three 360 mm radiators simultaneously, it is advisable to use slim models in the top and a slim radiator next to the motherboard. Generally, the installation of three triple radiators is possible, but this requires some attention to component selection for the custom water cooling. Additionally, there is the possibility to install a 280 mm radiator in the top.

Excellent airflow for fantastic cooling

The radiator slots can, of course, also be equipped with fans. Behind the front, in the top, and at the bottom, up to three 120 mm fans are allowed, while in the top and at the bottom, instead of three 120 mm fans, two 140 mm fans can fit. For clean cable management, several partly rubberised cable pass-throughs are available, which are located, among other places, on the middle plate next to the motherboard. The right chamber houses hardware that emits little heat and does not require significant cooling, such as the power supply and HDD drives.

The Lian Li O11Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Big-Tower stands slightly elevated on rubberised steel feet, allowing cool air to enter the case through the bottom fitted with a dust filter. Due to the chimney effect, warm air rises, where it escapes through the top, which is also fitted with a dust filter. Two additional dust filters cover the two mesh grills in the right side panel. The elegant Lian Li O11Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Big-Tower is not only definitely a real eye-catcher and can easily accommodate gaming hardware, but it is also particularly well-suited for PC enthusiasts who want to cool their hardware via custom loops.

Plenty of drives: Up to 10 storage devices can be mounted on the case!

For mounting the storage devices, there are two HDD cages in which four 3.5-inch HDDs or four 2.5-inch HDDs/SSDs can be housed. The four slots are accessible from the back of the case and are covered by a perforated panel. Three 2.5-inch drives can also be mounted on the back of the motherboard tray.

Additionally, there are three more 2.5-inch slots on a bracket at the front next to the motherboard tray. The bracket can alternatively be mounted at the bottom to create space next to the motherboard for a radiator or the optional expansion rail. In total, four 3.5-inch and six 2.5-inch storage devices can be mounted.
