Standard model or AMD 3D V-Cache?

All AMD EPYC 4004 processors are based on the Zen 4 architecture. The EPYC 4484PX and EPYC 4584PX models also feature stacked AMD 3D V-Cache, giving each processor 128 MB of L3 cache.

The larger cache can accelerate applications that frequently access the same data. These may include game servers, databases, development environments and certain analytics or simulation tasks. For highly parallelised workloads where processing cores and clock speed are the main priorities, a regular P model may be the better choice.
